File Scrub, cyber security software



Requirements

Operating Systems

File Scrub runs on Windows 2000 (SP4), Windows XP Professional Edition (SP2), Windows Vista, Mac OS X 10.4.*, Solaris 9 and 10, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux Workstation 5/CentOS 5. File Scrub should run on most versions of Linux, but is only tested on Red Hat Enterprise and CentOS. The Red Hat Linux versions were tested using the GNOME desktop.

File Scrub does not support Windows NT; Mac OS X 10.3; Solaris 8; Red Hat Linux versions 7, 8, or 9; Red Hat Enterprise Linux Workstation 3; or Fedora Core versions.

Processor

Windows: Performance is improved with, at minimum, a 600-MHz processor.

Memory

All platforms must have a minimum of 256 MB of RAM with 1 GB of RAM recommended. For users wishing to review either very large files (100+ MB) or large numbers of files (100+) at one time, we recommend 2 GB or more of RAM.
